“A bespoke sideboard sounded simple until we looked at the access and the existing services. We wanted to store tableware and glassware while keeping a clear surface for serving. The survey in Finestrat also picked up steep approaches, which had not been obvious in the photographs. Those constraints were dealt with in the drawings, so fitting day was calm and well organised. The finished piece feels integrated with the room rather than pushed into the available gap.”
